To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
Full payment is typically due upon check-in unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made [3] days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within [1] days of the check-in date may result in a forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Identification and Registration:

Guests are required to provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
All guests, including children, must be registered upon arrival.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
The homestay reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items.

6. Smoking and Substance Use:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.

7. Quiet Hours:

Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours from [10:00] PM to [5:00] AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

8. Pets:

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified. Please check with management before bringing any pets.

9. Personal Belongings:

The homestay is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the provided safety deposit boxes for valuable items.

10. Liability:

The homestay is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises.
Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and follow safety guidelines.

11. Additional Guests:

The number of guests per room is limited to the maximum occupancy specified at the time of booking.
Additional guests may incur extra charges and must be registered with the homestay.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

The homestay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.
